(May 8, 2026) Ardmore, Oklahoma - After a win on Thursday evening over National Park, the Bucks advances in the finals of the winner's bracket in the Southwest Plains District Tournament on Friday. The Aggies took all four games earlier this season. 

Once again, Murray State took down UARM 12-2 in 5-innings.

The Bucks scored their 2 runs on 7 hits, all singles. Brooke Tyler (Gainesville, TX) and Ashlen VanMeter (Brock, TX) both recorded a pair of hits and scored the Bucks only runs in the contest. 

Now, the ladies will play the winner of National Park and Western Oklahoma on Saturday, May 9th, at 11 am. If they win, the Bucks will face off again against Murray State at 2 pm at Regional Park.
