(March 3, 2026) Bossier City, Louisiana - After a home series win this weekend over Ellsworth Community College, the Bucks hit the road for a mid-week contest against Bossier Parish Community College from Region 14. The Cavaliers entered the game 13-6 on the season, while UARM was 7-10 before the 9-inning game.
The Bucks had a 2-1 lead through half of the game before Bossier took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the sixth inning. UARM fought back to get a 4-3 lead in the top of the seventh, but the Cavaliers put up a 5 spot in the bottom of the frame to make it 8-4 through seven innings.
The Bucks scored a run in the top of the eighth and 3 more in the top of the ninth to tie the contest at 8-8, but the Cavaliers got a 1-out double in the bottom half before hitting a RBI single to end the game. UARM falling 9-8 to Bossier Parish.
The Bucks recorded 11 hits on the day with every player in the lineup recording a hit. Rowdy Hand (Fairfield, TX) and Michael Sullivan (Mena, AR) did the most damage at the plate with a pair of RBIs. Sullivan's 2 RBIs came in the top of the ninth to tie the game at 8-8. Hand and Dylan Gibson (Springdale, AR) were the only Bucks to record multiple hits in the loss.
Offensively, UARM took 14 free bases with 7 walks and 7 hit-by-pitches, but struggled to plate runners with 19 left on base.
Aiden Poirier (Richmond, TX) got the start on the mound for the Bucks, lasting 4.0 innings in the no-decision. He gave up 1 unearned run on 3 hits and fanned 5 hitters. The staff recorded 8 strikeouts and only 3 walks.
